This is a never ending debate regarding the problem of brain drain!!!
While most of us may argue that to chose a career is his prerogative and to chose it as per his will, his fundamental right. But look at it the other way round. Why would a tax payer invest in the education of a person who isnt of direct help to the nation's growth. We reckon that a major chunk of earnings we flaunt is the NRI fund but doesnt the nation deserve a more direct application of their knowledge?
